Prayer for Bold Courage

I lay my life before you Jesus…

You are the anchor that grounds me when all other anchor’s break and fall.  

Thank you for your resurrection power that protects and preserves my spirit-man.   

Give us your bold courage to face the obstacles in this life.  Help us to face the hard things head on with fortitude and faithfulness.

We can hold onto that promise of grace.   Help us to abide in that place where you wash us clean.

We can stand before your throne and let our petitions at your feet.  

Bring revival to this earth…more than we have ever experienced it.   Let it happen in the secret place of the Most High.  Help us to abide in that promise of Your Holy Spirit falls upon each of us.   

Wake us up.   Help us to be sober minded and vigilant.   Help us to rend our hearts.

In Jesus name we pray!!

I always see a flower before it blooms.                               Richard T Hicks 2020 I was not always like that.  Why and exactly how in the world did my perspective change over the years? It’s Already Been Done!!

Dear Jesus I just want to take the time to say I appreciated all you have done for me through your sacrificial death on that dark and cruel cross.   You didn’t have to do it… but you did.   It makes me sad that you had to die to make this all possible…but you did it without hesitation.  All my love and life I owe to You… Thank you ABBA for your grace and mercy poured out upon all people on this earth.   Draw them and give them a revelation of your divine glory.  For you gave your only son.   I am so grateful to you for redeeming me so I wouldn’t have to die.   For Jesus has already been on that cross and already experienced my destruction in the grave.  He already died once for all creation.   For in Adam we have died already, but through Christ we have been made alive through that glorious resurrection by the power of your Holy Spirit.   Yes God has already done it all through the power of His Spirit.    For He has already seated us in heavenly places in Jesus.   He has given us a hop

Not in a Hurry

A flower does not get in a hurry.  It takes its time to grow and bloom in beautiful and intrinsic ways. Just like us as believers we do not instantly bloom.  We  may start as a seed.  We want to be in such a hurry but it takes grace to be patient….and trust too.  It takes time and space to grow. Lots of tender loving care.   We shouldn’t worry about blooming for our time will come without one worry how we will turn out … Dear Jesus,  help me I pray to not be in a hurry or to compare my heart to to anyone else for in due time we will flourish and bloom like the red rose 🌹 on a sunny spring day…Amen.
